My balls still hurt from fapping

I hadn't fapped for a week until today..  so I grabbed my best porno pics, put them into a slideshow, and went at it..  1 hour later, I came but there's this persistent pain in my balls.  It's been about 30 minutes after I came and it's still there.  wTF?

It's just the blue balls, it happens when you fap for a long time before coming. It goes away eventually.
