Hey /lounge/ I tried to post this in its own thread but it keeps saying please post threads less often! and I haven't even posted one in days. Anyway I'd thought I'd just post it in a fail thread..

I got myself caught up in a mess. My mother asked me to pay for my dorm room for next year which is 400 bucks. But instead because I really wanted it and figured I'd save up for the room later bought a Playstation 3. Now my Mom checked with the bank and realized it was 460.99 which led her to believe I bought something at a store and she knows the money was spent at best buy. Now she says she will call the school tomorrow to find out if I really paid for my room which I told her I did. Now I know I should have just withdrew cash from the card and then paid for it but I screwed up. Is there anyway I can try and convince my mother that I did by the room and not spend it at best buy before she calls tomorrow. The thing is I could save up for the room over the summer and pay it but she won't have that and I really wanted to get the system. I know it may be an asshole move on my part but can anyone help me out with advice to get outta this mess with me still keeping the already opened PS3. Thanks guys in advance.
