Mods, what about the marijuana spammer?

Is it perfectly fine to deliberately ressurrect the very oldest threads (at least from 2007) by posting the same message in them (sometimes several times over), just to entirely flush away the first two pages of the forum from view? If that's the case, why bother writing something of worth in this forum if people won't be able to read it?
