new "no texting while driving" law

So I can get a hefty ticket if caught texting while driving. Yet women still get away with putting on make up behind the wheel and fatties can continue eating taco bell as they drive to their next drive thru destination?

Hands free is allowed in Cali. So I guess if I wanna text I just leave my earpiece in my ear and tell the cop I was dialing. Still stupid either way.
