new "no texting while driving" law

So I can get a hefty ticket if caught texting while driving. Yet women still get away with putting on make up behind the wheel and fatties can continue eating taco bell as they drive to their next drive thru destination?

I didn't hate this movie as much as everyone in it.
In two hours it completely changed my mindset from "those poor Brazilian street kids" into "We should donate money to the police death squads". I doubt that was the creators intent but holy crap that movie pissed me off.
