After wash cycle, rinse with hot water for a couple of minutes. It's got to be fucking hot, as hot as you can stand. It seems to make the germs dormant, or interferes with your inflammotory response, I don't know. Just be careful not to cook your fuckin face, you'll just have another fuckin problem then.
