I am very rude.

So, if you don't already know, I've been working at Target for about 4 years now. Today I got my first guest complaint. Apparently I was helping someone in electronics and after I was done helping them I turned around to the next guest who was waiting and said, "What's up?"

I finished helping the guest only to find out later she went up front and complained about tall guy with dark hair. It seems asking her "What's up?" was quite rude and not even her own kids say that to her.

Yeah...
