roomate trouble

when i bring my gf over to fuck on my bed my roomate watches his animes and i cant get him to leave because he says he cant watch him the way he wants anywhere else

this guy is pretty strong and goodlooking so i dont want to bring my gf around here with him there she will gets stolen obviously.

i tried bribing him (money, food, clothes, pencils, etc.) notwitthstanding he wants any of those anymore. anyone ever have same problem can give me advice?
