Yes indeed, from a white blood cell in the vein of a sparrow, to a rod in the retina of a horse, from a paramecium to a unit of a fungal hypha, these are all your brothers.  For every cell has been borne of a cell, and somewhere in time ago there is the cell that bore us all.
