That is not how reincarnation works. It appears that you lack even the most basic understanding of Buddhist principles.
In traditional Buddhism, after death one's spirit can be reborn in either another human, an animal, or one of a variety of supernatural beings. An 'asshole' as used in your context, does not constitute any of these, so being reincarnated as one truly flies in the face of common sense.
Also, fearing death is in itself illogical, since all people must die, and this fear of death is rooted in nothing more than ignorance and superstition. If you're truly concerned about your far-fetched reincarnation, the best way to effectively break the cycle of perpetual rebirths is to achieve enlightenment. Since ignorance is the root cause of both the fear of death, and the reincarnation cycle itself, becoming knowledgable in how the world truly works will solve both problems.
