/b/ theory

Name: Anonymous 2008-09-11 13:59

First off lemme say that I've been lurking on 4chan for a little over than 2 years now and certainly have amassed a lot of prn to boot, but until recently I started to participate in the fun. It has certainly been quite a trip these past couple days, and I gotta say that /b/ has made me feel like a little kid again. Yesterday, when moot temporaily shut down /b/ something incredible happend, I figured out what /b/ is.

So here's my theory:
Given /b/ in terms of 4chan /b/OP/threads are random.
/b/OP fails if and only if his/her thread is not random.

So, lol, yesterday...given that there was no /b/ but there were still /b/OPs they did the only thing they could do, /b/OPs were not random and iterated accordingly. The event climaxed when /b/ reopened and suddenly /b/ was not random. /b/ was breached and chaos and wonder ensued.
