I need to learn how to greet little girls

A loli came bouncing towards me today, licking on an ice-cream. She glanced at me, somewhat angrily (for whatever reason). She quickly disappeared. I should start saying "hi" to all little girls I see. Why don't I? There is no good reason why I should not do this. What the hell is wrong with me? Why the fuck don't I?!
