Is it illegal to consentually lick the feet of a 14 year old girl?

Generally any contact like that would be considered corruption of a minor.  Feel free to contact your local Children's Services Bureau or whatever it's called; these are usually administered by the county for placing children into foster and adoption homes, and as well for managing child support payments, among other family-law related matters.  Find their email and use a throwaway email account on hotmail or something.  It can't hurt to simply ASK.

Since I have some contact with foster care families, THAT is how I know that.  At least, that's where I would start.

Also, remember:  "Consensual" often doesn't count at all with a child.  That's why society defined the age of majority.

OP, that depends on the laws of your country. In mine it's illegal only if you or her gets sexual pleasure out of it.

In my country, it's illegal if you intend to get sexual pleasure out of it.  Whether or not you actually do is irrelevant.

And I know that because i want to do things, strange things, sensual things, perverted things, with 14 year old girls.  and studying what is or is not legal in that regard is relevant to my interests.
