Need online multiplayer chess-site with some sort of ranking. Any suggestions?

I position a few of the basic elements manually until I notice a pattern going across, then it's quick line-pasting from then on, following the pattern.  I put the █ and ▓ characters in later with Edit|Replace in Notepad.  Then I wrap the entire thing in [code] tags, then post.
