Americans are far too spineless and coddled to revolt. Only when they have literally lost everything to foreclosure and bankruptcy and confiscatory taxation will they even BEGIN to start planning a revolt. And then? Well, it'll be far too late to effectively revolt without massive deaths and suffering amongst the populace.
The time to revolt is at the point of maximum capitalization. Americans are far too stupid to do that. So a long and agonizing period of loss and suffering must be endured.
By the time cable TV stops being the primary "educator" of the populace, violent death will become the #1 killer in America -- the new Indonesia of the world.
