e-mail adress for those who have been banned

Hello

I was recently banned from the CACTUS section on 4chan. It worked yesterday but when I woke up this morning I was banned. I understand that you ban people who do bad posts...but thing is that I haven't made any replies in the CACTUS section for weeks! I have tried the e-mail adress from the ban page but it is not working. Is it really "bannedat4chan.org"?
