Anyone into starting a Geopolitical RP?

It's all done on a forum. Every user gets a nation and a plot of land on a map. General politics/army creation/good times ensue.

I could set up an IF forum (Zetaboards sucks shit), we could set up an army system/growth system etc... I'm not talking about anything like CN. It's NOT alliance-run. It's smaller, text-based and shit. I've done a few in the past but they just petered out in the end.
