Too often I see pretty girls with fat, balding, and stupid looking guys. It's possible it's money but sometimes the boyfriends are complete losers. I think it's lack of manners and "confidence" as in being able to disrespect and have no consideration for others that many women like in men.

well, you're part right. the ugly ones get over their appearance and utilize conversation instead. They utilize the very thing women are looking for, so they get the nookie, and we pretty guys with lack of conversation skills get the cookies and milk. Sucks to be a pretty person.
