I've been holding in my farts all day long

But now that I'm home I can finally release them and enjoy their majestic odor.

I tend to notice that if I do that I get severe stomach cramps and bloating so I trained myself to fart really quietly. It still smells sometimes but at least I can do it without it making a noise. Anyone else have this problem when holding it in?
