Does RedCream = moot?

I don't see much of moot lately but all i hear is RedCream

When has moot EVAR poasted to /lounge/?  Personally, I think he's behind all the CACTUS brouhaha.

But he's not me.  I am many things, but one thing I an NOT is a guy who would fag up /n/ like moot did.
