In the old days it used to be:
parking: $10
gum: $3
drinks: $40-50
a pill: $50
smokes: $11.50
door charges: $15
greasy food afterwards:$15

~$150 in total

of course nowadays I don't drop es (expensive, depressing comedowns) which keeps the cost down. ah, but I miss those days.
