"... you look kinda like a geek"

So I dropped into Target to pick up a couple of items. It's pretty busy with all the kiddies out of school for spring break. That means lines. I'm in line behind this woman and her kid. A little girl, probably about 7 or 8. Some reason she keeps staring at me. I don't think much of it at first and just look elsewhere.

Finally the girl tugs at me and asks me, "Are you any good with computers?". Kinda random question I thought, but I answered, "I dunno, I guess.". She responds, "Hmmm, I thought so. Not to be rude, but you look kinda like a geek."

I really didn't know how to respond. I thought it was pretty fucked up and kinda funny, but how the hell do react to something like that? All her mom does is laugh. I kinda laughed it off, but I started to wonder if this little kid thinks I look like a geek then what about other people?

I generally don't care what people think of me (especially if they don't know me) but for some reason, hearing that come from the mouth of a little kid kinda bugged me. :-/

I never thought I was the coolest looking guy, but don't think I look like a geek either. What the hell does a geek look like anyway?
