Simplified coinage in your country

Is the coinage in your country as simple and practical as it could be?  I recommend elimating all coinage under 1 unit of currency, except for 10 cent coin and 50 cent coin.  All that other shit, don't need.

I've always thought that the American Penny was a nuisance.
