How the hell do you get banned for racism in /b/??

I mean, I can understand if it was another board but /b/? Come on, give me a break.

I'm 20, and I have a 14/15 year old cousin who is absolutely freakin hot. Her mother used to be a model, and for her age is really goddamn good looking, so I know she'll age well.

But it gets better, lately, as I've been around her at family gatherings she's been really coming on to me. Sitting in my lap, resting her head on me while laying down, touching my leg and leaving the hand there...

Yet, I haven't even so much as held another girl's hand before. My relationships with the opposite sex have been relatively non-existent, and for the most part girls my own age seem to be completely uninterested in me. I'm not fat, I occasionally work out, [I'm joining the army] you could probably describe me best as a 'skinny nerd'.

This is not my first cousin who has done this, there's another, she's 11/12, overweight, and with absolutely terrible morals and a very shallow personality. I'm polite, but I generally put off any of her advances.

Am I some kind of incestuous loli attraction machine?
