Let me clear this up for you:
Users get banned for posting actual CP, yes - 4chan has to abide by country law in order to stay online. We all mourn this, and await the day when posting/viewing childporn will once again be legalized.
Rude posts are a part of what makes 4chan a sparkling star in the midst of the internet: This is a board famous for allowing its users to truly speak their minds without enforcing behavior control. There are already enough places for immature people who think of "being social" as some form of mutual ass-kissing, probably to compensate for their supressed homosexuality. This board instead shines as an alternative for mature people who aren't allergic to written text, and who wish to exercise their freedom to express themselves.
The reason that you think that you are being harassed, is that when people are rude to YOU, they can mention your name, or even email you (if that really IS your email). That, and we pretty much hate non-anons for various reasons.
