How can I end my masturbation addiction?

I seem to be masturbating a lot more recently and I want to stop. I need help. I've tried stopping before but its never worked out. I'm not saying masturbating is a bad thing, but its eating up a lot of my time.

I think my problem is simply there are too many hot chicks in the world to wank to. I can't help it, I love beautiful women. Plus with a high-speed internet connection porn is easy to come by.

Has anyone else been in this situation? Can anyone offer advice to stop me masturbating too much?

Um hi. I was serching on google and i have the same problem. i masterbate to much and i think im getting sick from it? yesterday i thaught i was gonna get caught cuz my mom almost sew me and i reliazed that i would be embarassed if mom or dad saw me >_< but i need help to how do i stop??? thanx
