Why the fuck would anyone want a sex change?

Why can't these people just accept it? I mean, people need to learn how to accept things they cannot change. Aesthetic changes don't change anything. Men who want to be women aren't women. They don't have the sexual organs except a butchered penis. A woman getting a sewn-on penis will never, ever be able to orgasm like a man.

These people just need to end their lives.

I bring this up because I saw on cnn.com an interview with a British soldier who got a sex change into a woman. It talks about being more happy. How the fuck does an aesthetic change bring happiness? These people are just nasty homosexuals with grandiose fantasies.

A man will always be a man, a woman will always be a woman.
