Why do Europeans hate on the Gipsy?

So far the chicks that ive seen are hot that are gipsy

Dirty, scammers, mostly poor and live like 3rd world countries.
Although back home in Hungary alot of the gypsies did so much scamming and dirty money work that they are now ballers.
