And when I say that, I strictly mean "GET THIS FETCH OFF MY /b/". It has come to my attention that Paul Fetch, all around king of the newfags, is trolling on my /b/. Whether this be true or not is none of my concern, but just to play it safe, I propose that any content dealing with Fetch, be it pictures, youtube links, etc., be treated as pedophilic content. With this enacted, there will be no spamming of Fetch's latest Anon-smashing video or any other bullshit. Instead, the post will be removed immediately and the poster banned from all 4chan boards as if the poster were Fetch himself.

I feel this will fix our little "spytroll" and "fetchfag" problem circulating on 4chan and Anon will be completely protected from any of his lurking faggotry.
