A quick quesiton about the rules

Hello I have been lurking on 4chan forever but just recently decided I might like to post every once in a while. I have a question about the rules though... rule #3 states: Do not post the following outside of /b/: Trolls, flames, racism, off-topic replies, uncalled for catchphrases, macro image replies... My question is if I am reading this correctly or not. Does this say that you aren't supposed to post any macro images (from say, macrochan) on any other board except /b/?
