are chinese people racist towards blacks??

I WANT TO KNOW! ESPECIALLY WHEN BLACKS GO TO THEIR BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES AND RESTAURANTS..THEY BE LOOKING AT US LIKE WE'RE GOING TO STEAL! NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE STILL!!!

Maybe a little afraid of blacks and hence don't know much about blacks at all. My general impression mostly gained from west media is that many blacks are violent, less-educated and lazy. Mostly, Chinese is very conservative and quite neutral to everything.
