Ok so on the bottom right corner of my lip there is this patch of skin that is quite red hard and bumpy. From a distance it looks like I smeared a bunch of ketchup down there and it's becoming quite concerning, add this to my "Barbers itch" below my nose I now cannot go outside without a scarf on.
How do I combat these forces? I've already tried different shaving creams, not shaving, dermatologist approved soap, polysporin and peroxide all to no avail.
