I'm clinically depressed and am smoking cannabis to alleviate it. It helps but it's still pretty bad. I can't seem to hold down a steady job. I've always wanted to write novels. I'm interested in writing all kinds of stuff, from trashy teen novels ala R.L. Stine to huge epic-scale works to pop-art lit.
The combination of depression/weed makes it difficult for me to write a lot of the time. I can brainstorm and come up with ideas and plots in my head but getting them down on paper is too difficult most of the time.
have any advice or tips?
