What makes Jews better than us?

What makes that group of people calling themselves the Jews (as if they have some kind of connection with the people referred to as Jews in the Bible) more "chosen" and "better" than us?

Reason:  Israel survives while the rest of you goyim burn.  It says so right in the Bible and the Torah.
