I graduated and moved to GA for a summer to live with my uncle. I worked at a store that sorta sounds like doffice smacks. I did the usual crap, sell computers and pens and talk people into buying 20 dollar warranties for their 70 dollar TI-86 calculators. When I told some Mexican looking business man that he needed to wait more than a few minutes for a chair we had on sale (because it was 100 feet in the air on a shelf), he flipped out and tried to give me a lesson on business. You need to be prompt this, and this is ridiculous that. He told me that he was running late to a meeting and that my incompetence had cost a business a sale. When I asked him why he would stop to buy a chair when it would make him late for an important meeting, he started flipping out cursing. I just told him to leave very forcefully, and he did. No big deal. But after he left my boss got mad at me for calling him a "fucking Mexican prick." I didn't get fired or anything cause my manager was drunk at the time...just told to calm down.

Christmas Eve 2005:
I was working at a now defunct retail store that sold DVD's and games and such, sorta like FYE but called something different. Lines were out the door as usual this time of year and I was working the register. This little girl I worked with who was 17 at the time was getting screamed at by a customer at the register next to me. I went over to see what was up (My coworker was in tears at this point) and found that we didn't have some shitty rap cd, so this black lady was yelling about how we ruined her sons christmas. I told her there was nothing we can do and that I would call security if she didn't calm down. She flipped out on me and asked for our companies headquarters phone number. I told her we didn't have one and she either didn't hear me, or care what I had to say. She repeated her question, and I said "oh, my bad. Even though I just said we didn't have a headquaters heres the number." I gave her a number that was exactly 1 number short of a real phone number. She seemed satisfied and left. About 2 hours later I got a call from an angry black sounding lady asking to talk to a "short white kid with spiky black hair" I asked if the Name **** sounded familiar and she said yes. I said that it was me. She said AND I QUOTE "Watch your back whitey, I'm gonna kill you." I froze and after a short pause said "Why don't you come here and say that to my face bitch?" My boss just looked at me confused and the black lady hung up. I told him the story and he just laughed. Good thing me and my boss were friends back then. Never heard back from that black hooker.
