Who is RON PAUL?

Brief Overview of Congressman Paul’s Record:

He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.

He voted bagainst the Patriot Act.
He voted bagainst regulating the Internet.
He voted bagainst the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Congressman Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year, probably more than any single member of Congress.

Seriously just because this guy has always opposed the Iraq war does not make him a good candidate. There are some good things about him but there are also plenty of bad things. Seriously he wants the U.S. to withdraw from the UN and NATO? What the hell. He also wants to overturn Roe v. Wade and opposes gun control. Great job guys.

And the fact that he's so anti-taxing is reason enough not to vote for him. The U.S. has some of the lowest taxes in the world. Which is one of the reasons why it's in such enormous debt and has no real healthcare. Pay more so when some fucker runs you over with their SUV, you don't have to pay $12,000 to get your leg reset. Right now the only taxes you do pay are going straight to the Iraq war, to the country's horribly failing prison system, and into the pockets of Republicans.

Do Ron Paul supporters just have no idea that Dennis Kucinich exists or something? Try Kucinich instead. He's all the good things about Ron Paul minus the batshit insane things.
