I figured out how to make 4chan good again. It's simple really, you just have to enforce the 18+ only rule.
But how can he do this you ask??
Easy, just setup a credit card verification system where you make a one time donation of say like $5 and when you do that you can setup a user\pass to access 4chan.
But won't the kiddies just use their mom or dads card??
No, not if you make it so the company that shows up on the credit statement is called Penis Sucking inc. or something like that.
That way only adults can use 4chan and post comedy gold like back in the old days while all the boring & unfunny teens that just waste bandwidth with stupid boring shit can not.
