Is there any English-language anonymous posting board with any sort of activity which is not filled with trolls and utter retards (which is the case with 4chan)?

I wanna ask some serious questions and get serious replies, while still remaining anonymous. It is entirely impossible here.

As far as other boards, doesn't happen.  Eventually, the major trolls will find it and soil it like they do other boards.  Not to mention the major trolls will go to any site, whether they can be anonymous or not.
