Firstly, the score is a 4-point scale. For your level of FAIL, getting 1.5/4 (or 37.5%) is a fairly good result, since FAIL is so often associated with 0, even negative values.
Secondly, I certainly am in a position to rate others, and I have done so, which is its own example of my authority to do so.
Thirdly, rating someone's physical appearance on the basis of ASCII text has all the validity of
phrenology (which is to say,
no validity whatsoever). Feel free to google that failed "science" so that you understand my point.
Penultimately, the monitor is a visual OUTPUT device to myself. It is incapable of accepting input of an image of MYSELF, much less transmitting it to YOU.
