"sage" is what the friendly community of 4chan usually posts to incline a good thread, basically short for, "OP is a sage/OP is very wise". Other expressions used by the friendly users to the same effect include "win", "epic" or perhaps the most common, "lulz" which is a corruption of the word "lol".
