WTF are finals and midterms?

Apparently they're some kind of tests at America's ignorant schools that decides something important or some shit that everyone cheats at.

Anarchy is an idea, a foolish one at that to. But here is the thing very few places in the world have actually been able to survive without a government and live in anarchy. These places were normally just picked up by a government at some point.
