Fix up 4chan

I've a suggestion (Or two.)

I suggest that the request board be split into two categories. Porn, and non-porn. /r/ goes far too quickly. I can't even go to the bathroom without my threads being purged.

The same could also be said for /gif/ (Not the speed issue, but content.) /gif/ is practically a porn board. So why not split it into /porn/ and /lulz/?

How can we get this done?
