Garden City, GA( present) - on the outskirts of Savannah. Do not be a white guy and anywhere near there at night. As you drive through on 516, look down the sidestreets and you will see hundreds of ghetto ass people in the streets and every other car is a retired police car with 27" rims on it, complete with loud rap music and a dreadlock wearing animal behind the wheel.
