Really alot of times it's hard for me to talk and meet new people so I am in my 3rd year of college just about half over because it wont be long til dec, and I still don't really feel I have any friends I can hang out with all the time and I guess I just don't have enough experience hanging out because I never did it often with other people in high school either but some occasions I did.

1show up at random clubs and get good at pretending like you're really cool. People will talk to you.
2 Dress up as pool's closed guy and 4chaners around the world will talk to you.
You gotta talk their language. If somebody came up to you with a hat made of condoms, would you feel comfortable around them? It's the same for all the other freaks in the world. If you aren't within their comfort weird-zone then they won't relax into you.
Once you get down not being an idiot, you can start being real around people.
