It is very important for everyone to be using a form of birth control. Not only will this help prevent unwanted pregnancy, but some methods of birth control, such as condoms, can help protect against STDs. They might not feel as good as skin as skin, but they feel a lot better than having an unwanted pregnancy or herpes. DO NOT store condoms in your car or wallet. Depo Provera is the easiest and cheapest form of female birth control, with the highest sucess rate. Encourage your girlfriend to use it. It generally costs $30 per injection, and an injection is only needed once every 3 months. New information shows that Depo Provera can cause accelerated calcium lose from bone. It would be highly advisable to use a calcium supplement while using Depo Provera. Further protection may be provided by supplementing with Ipriflavone in addition to calcium.
