If you have nothing to do during the day, and decided to drive around just to keep occupied and waste time, don't go 10, 20, 30, etc, below the speed limit just because you have nowhere to go! There are other people who have lives with meaning, places to be, and things to do! You have no right to waste their time by going s-l-o-w and making them follow your expired asses!
