making public signage

I went to the creek today, and was disgusted to find garbage.  I want to put up a sign.  So far, I thought of "DON'T LEAVE GARBAGE YOU CUNT" and put an official logo on it so it's like the authorities put up the sign.

Put up a sign saying no dogs or niggers on the grass, that should solve the problem.
