Let's see...
- Small population (around 500)
- Nothing for military
What's really awesome is that the Anonymous army is 50,000, and the Vatican doesn't even have much for ANYTHING. We could start by surrounding Vatican City at night. At dawn, we attack. After the invasion, we can build a real army, construct a statue of Mudkipz, and declare it the state of Longcat!
