Gynecomastia

I've got manboobs. Do chest exercises help, or do they just make manboobs bigger?

I'll be going through intense weight loss for the next three weeks, but I'm a very impatient but stubborn man.

I'd like to know, too.  Seems to me like surgery is the only option, and I don't even eat that much AND I have a manual labor type job.  :(
