no at first they wanted to put all the jews in europe into seprate towns...then they decided to put them to work hence the concentration camps...when the war was about half way through hitled decided to implement his final solution to exterminate the jews...but by this time camps were being liberated...hence all the survivors

there were never any documents that said anything about a mass extermination, only a mass deportation that is what the final solution was, the only nazi's who said that there was a plan to exterminate the jews had been visciously tortured, so much that Senator Mccarthy refused to take part in the trials and wen't home in disgust.
